Ford Diesel Performance Exhaust Systems
Engineered for optimal performance and a perfect fit, Silverline Exhaust systems are developed using the latest technology and undergo extensive fitment testing. Using precise measurements, the mandrel bent tubing improves airflow for enhanced horsepower and lower exhaust temperatures. These systems include pre-welded hangers and hardware for an easy installation. Each Silverline system is supplied with a highly polished 5" premium dual wall straight edge tip. Because of its multiple layers, it will not discolor from extreme heat. The bolt-on design offers the ability to place the tip at your preferred length. For the diesel owner who only wants the best, top of the line T304 stainless steel offers superior resistance to corrosion, is able to withstand high levels of heat, and can be polished to a mirror bright finish. The value-priced 409 grade stainless series is the same type of steel used in many original equipment exhaust systems. The performance is the same, but it will discolor over time. The Silverline diesel muffler is the key to the aggressive sound associated with these exhaust systems. With a free-flow design, the strategically placed louvers provide sound deadening for a more pleasant in-cab ride while still providing the powerful sound of the diesel engine during acceleration. For 6.0L equipped trucks you have a choice of converter back or turbo back. The converter back systems connect to the factory flange and increase to four inch from there back. The turbo back systems eliminate the converter and are intended for trucks used off road only.

Ford 2008-2009 6.4L DPF Delete System
The aFe Mach Force XP DPF-Delete race turbo back exhaust system eliminates the use of the restrictive diesel particulate filter (DPF) for maximum performance and extreme mileage gains. This free flowing exhaust system is constructed out of durable 4" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and uses bayonet style hangers and band clamps for a clean installation. This system comes complete with all tubing, muffler, bayonet hangers, band clamps, thermocouple and pressure tap bungs and is finished off with a high luster polished 304 stainless steel, rolled, slash cut tip. You will be shocked at the performance and mileage improvement you will see from this system. This system requires the use of a controller with a DPF-delete function.
This is a "Race Only" product used solely for competition. Its use is limited to closed-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, could be in violation of local, state and federal laws.
