2003-2004 Dodge Common Rail Fuel Supply
2003 and 2004 Dodge trucks use a factory lift pump next to the fuel filter. With this FASS system or FASS pump, the factory pump gets replaced to ensure there is plenty of fuel available at the high pressure pump when needed.
FASS Platinum Series 
You can expect the same high quality systems that FASS is known for at a lower cost with the new Platinum Series. FASS came up with a new product using their technology and quality to design a smaller version of the fuel air separation systems. A completely new base for the system was used in order to keep size to a minimum. The fuel filter and water filter are now combined and still maintains the quality air separation. The Platinum Series was designed for the light truck applications in mind. The Platinum will cover stock to moderate performance applications.
FASS Titanium Series and HD Series
Huckstorf Diesel stocks the Titanium Series (Formerly 95 Series) and the HD Series (Formerly 150 Series) systems. The space saving design and cost savings of the Titanium series are the way to go for street trucks. If you have to go bigger the HD series is for you. Both use the same 3/8" fuel line, but the Titanium series pump has 3/8" MPT pipe fittings and the HD uses 1/'2" MPT pipe fittings.
For moderate to extreme trucks, more fuel is required. For those applications we offer the HD series in 150, 220, and 260 gallon per hour flow rate versions. The 150 GPH is recommended for 600-800 HP, the 220 GPH is recommended for 800-1100 HP, and the 260 GPH is recommended for 1000 HP and up. Higher GPH systems are only for extreme trucks and may have problems when the fuel tank level is low.
FASS Fuel Pumps 
The FASS fuel pump includes the high performance fuel pump, a water separator to protect the FASS pump, electrical harness, mounting hardware, fuel line, and installation instructions. Everything needed to install is included except for tools and wire ties. This system replaces the factory lift pump only and not the filter assembly. We suggest adding the BBRK-1001 high flow hose and fitting kit with this pump to remove the restrictions between the factory filter and the injection pump.
The adjustable versions give you the ability to choose the fuel pressure you want from 0 to 80 PSI depending on which one you choose. Click on the picture below to see the information for that unit.

FASS Direct Replacement Fuel Pumps
New from FASS is the DDRP Dodge Direct Replacement Pump. This pump is a direct replacement for the stock engine mounted pump. Now you can have the reliability of a FASS pump in a simple bolt on replacement pump. This is not for performance applications since it only pumps approximately 40 GPH. It comes with a one year warranty, and the warranty is extended to four years if you fill out and return the enclosed warranty card.
A Lifetime Warranty is available for most applications when you return their enclosed registration form with a copy of your sales invoice. Huckstorf Diesel sells FASS products and the minimum allowed pricing. Any sales invoice at a lower price than what Huckstorf Diesel sells it for will not be eligible for the FASS lifetime warranty.
The BBRK-1001 kit replaces the restrictive banjo bolts between the stock factory fuel filter and the suction port of the common rail system with higher flow components.
The ½" Suction Tube Kit is a separate suction / feed line kit that is used in high power applications or when a feed pump is installed in the fuel tank.
BD Low Fuel Pressure LED Light Kit
An inexpensive way to monitor feed pump pressure and alert you if your feed pump is not working properly is the BD low fuel pressure LED light kit. A failing lift pump will not only cause sub-standard performance, it can cause costly damage to the injection pump. Keep tabs on your truck's fuel system with the BD low fuel pressure LED kit, which incorporates a red LED light that illuminates if lift pump pressure falls below specifications. It is inexpensive protection and easy installation!
