Looking for more performance?
Don't get fooled by so called "Performance Injectors". Be sure you are purchasing a good set of injectors with a new performance tip, not a used injector with who knows how many miles on it! Huckstorf Diesel always starts with genuine Bosch new or remanufactured injectors that come with new nozzle tips. We then send them to Exergy Engineering where they remove the nozzle tip and extrude hone them to our requested flow. They then reinstall the tip and test each injector to be sure it is working properly and check the overall flow rate. If necessary the injector will disassembled for further honing to balance the entire set of injectors to within a 5% maximum variation. We have found this process is the best way to insure winning results. Honing used parts can lead to disaster due to plugged holes and uneven honing of the nozzle tip. The injector will still flow the additional fuel but it will not be evenly distributed into the cylinder. Don't take chances with your performance engine, use only the best!

Huckstorf Diesel performance injectors are all custom made per order, so delivery time may vary. Typical wait time is 2 to 3 weeks.
